Greetings to all,

I can't believe the year is halfway over. As I look back at the first half of the year, I am so proud of all the accomplishments the team at GTU Jet has achieved. I am not referring to the things that the general public would notice, I am talking about all the finer details and learning opportunities the team has had. It's all in the details. Going the extra mile to fulfill a customer's needs, taking extra precaution when handling and fueling a customer's aircraft, and the multi-tasking that the Customer Service Representatives do, and still get it right.

As the General Manager, I can't tell you how wonderful the feeling is when you attain the confidence I have in our team. It's built from the bottom up. We succeed as a team or fail as a team. We have had great success and learning opportunities so far this year.

Also, it is through your suggestions and comments that we refine our goals and direction to better serve you. We can always do better. I am excited to see what the next six months are going to bring to GTU Jet. If our growth during the last six months is any indicator, the next six months are going to be fantastic.

As always, we couldn't do it without you. We thank you for allowing us the honor of serving you!

GTU Jet has office space available in Building 4 - conveniently located for easy access to the airport runways. The available 654 square foot area includes five (5) offices, a separate entrance, and shared access to the restrooms and break room. Space is filling up fast so make 2018 the year to sign a lease! PALS Sky Hope Disaster Relief Program recognized GTU Jet this past month for our assistance and efforts during the Hurricane Harvey airlift in September 2017.

We are honored to accept this plaque of recognition, just as honored as we were to be a part of such a an amazing humanitarian mission.

Kim Homerding started at GTU Jet in May as a Customer Service Representative.

Prior to joining the GTU Jet team, Kim worked in accounting and finance in the construction industry. Her favorite part of working at GTU Jet is the team and customers.

When not at GTU Jet, Kim enjoys gardening, playing frisbee, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family.

Fun Fact: Kim is a longtime Dallas Cowboys fan, even before moving to Texas from Las Vegas.


Congratulations to our Customer Service Representative, Melissa, for receiving our Employee of the Month award. Melissa has been at GTU Jet since September 2016.

Her smile and great attitude are just two of the many reasons we appreciate having her here every Saturday.

Congratulations, Melissa. Thanks for all you do!
