The following letter was sent to all existing tenants on May 27, 2015.
On behalf of GAABT Aviation, Inc. we’re excited to announce that Texas Aviation Partners (TAP) has been selected to manage what was formerly known as Georgetown Jet Center (currently managed by Longhorn Jet Center)!
With extensive experience and knowledge in FBO and airport management, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands with TAP.
While we don’t take positive control of the facilities until June 1, we’re already working diligently to get all of the personnel, services, and amenities in place.
Our first order of business was to change the name from Georgetown Jet Center to GTU Jet. While this may seem like a small change, it’s important for us to distinguish ourselves from the FBO of the past. But rest assured this is the least significant change you’ll see in the coming months.
Our top priorities are safety and communication. Once we officially open our doors, you’ll be greeted by NATA Safety 1st Certified line technicians, a helpful staff, and quick two-way communication with our valued customers.
To assist in our communication efforts, we encourage you to sign up for our e-newsletters. Newsletters will take the form of monthly updates as well as special announcements regarding fuel prices, promotions, new services and amenities, and more. Our website is under construction but you can find a link to sign up at www.GTUJet.com.
We’ll also use the newsletter to announce our upcoming meet and greet!
As a minor housekeeping issue, beginning June 1 rent checks should be made payable to GTU Jet and should be mailed to 160 Terminal Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628. The new FBO phone number will be (512) 869-0900. Should you have any questions before June 1, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (512) 216-6042.
