Customer Service Representative 

Part Time: Sunday 8:00am – 6:00pm

Flexibility to fill in as needed preferred

Located at Georgetown Municipal Airport, GTU Jet is a first class FBO. We are currently searching for an energetic and charismatic candidate to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the face of GTU Jet and interface with customers, pilots, passengers, & staff, among others. At GTU Jet, we support our team members and this position has the opportunity for growth within the company.


  • Answers incoming telephone calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel

  • Greets visitors professionally and determines the nature and purpose of visit

  • Coordinates aircraft refueling operations and processes payments

  • Arranges for client services such as hotel and car rental

  • Acts as an ambassador/concierge for Georgetown and surrounding areas

  • Receives rental payments and records receipts for services

  • Performs administrative duties, such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry

  • Assists in scheduling meetings with ability to coordinate multiple calendars

  • Sends emails and makes phone calls on behalf of other team members

  • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment as needed


Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

  • College Degree preferred


Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test​
